Pre-requisites and Level

COM1005 is an introductory level course in the Communications Technology occupational area of the Media, Design & Communication Arts (MDC) CTS cluster. As such, there are no pre-requisite courses that a student is expected to have completed prior to taking this course. COM1005 is a foundational course for all other courses in the Communications Technology occupational area and must be successfully completed prior to receiving credit in any other Communication Technology (COM) course.
